El francés Yvan Muller (Hyundai i30) se impuso hoy en la primera de las tres competencias previstas por el WTCR en el mítico circuito de Nurburgring, Alemania. Muller, desplazó en la misma largada a su compañero Thed Bjork (Hyundai i30) y a partir de allí fue el claro dominador de la prueba. El podio lo completó Robert Huff (VW-Golf GTi), en tanto el piloto argentino, Esteban Guerrieri (Honda Civic), que había clasificado en el cuarto lugar, fue tocado desde atrás por Gabriele Tarquini y quedó muy relegado, ingresando luego a boxes para abandonar. El propio Tarquini, sufriría luego un violento despiste contra el guardarrail y tambièn desertó.
Mañana a las 12.45 (hora argentina), será la prueba de clasificación para las dos fechas del sábado, la primera a partir de las 6.00 (hora argentina) sobre tres giros y con grilla invertida y la tercera competencia a partir de las 7.20, también sobre tres vueltas.
